If anything on this page differs from those signed coaching terms, the signed terms apply to your coaching.

Our coaching in brief
- Free consultation. A free 30-minute call with no obligation, to talk through your goals and which plan could fit.
- Fixed 12-week program. Coaching runs as a fixed 12-week program, not a month-to-month subscription. There is a 12-week minimum on every plan, and it does not renew automatically.
- Prices. Prices are in Australian dollars. Foundation: $780 paid up front ($780 for the 12 weeks); Hybrid Support: 3 monthly payments of $350 ($1,050 for the 12 weeks); Premium Transformation: 3 monthly payments of $600 ($1,800 for the 12 weeks). The Foundation plan can add a chef-built diet plan for $450 extra over the 12 weeks, paid with the Foundation payment.
- Payment. Foundation is paid in full up front, on your start date. Hybrid and Premium are paid in 3 monthly payments by Direct Debit through GoCardless: on your start date, one month later and two months later. The 3 monthly payments are the total price for the 12-week program. We give at least 14 days’ written notice before changing an amount or date.
- Pausing. You can pause for genuine reasons (illness, injury, travel, holidays) for up to 4 weeks in total during the program, with at least 7 days’ notice where practical. A pause moves your end date back; payment dates stay the same unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Changing plan. For Hybrid and Premium, you can ask to change plan at a payment date with at least 14 days’ written notice. If we agree, the new price applies from the next payment. Because Foundation is paid up front, moving to or from Foundation is arranged individually.
For refunds and what happens if you stop early, see our Refund Policy.
