- Who is this program designed for?
- Primarily men aged 25-50 — that's the demographic I focus my coaching around, since it's the one I know best from my own experience. But it's not exclusive: if you're serious about building strength and getting your nutrition right for the long term, this can be a fit regardless of age or gender. Either way, it's not a quick 6-week challenge — it's built around a real job and real life, not what works for someone with no other commitments.
- What makes this different from other programs?
- Two things: I teach, not just motivate — you leave knowing the mechanism behind your training and nutrition, not just following orders. And my nutrition coaching is backed by 20 years as a chef, not a weekend course — so when I talk food, it's real, practical knowledge, not macros off a spreadsheet. Training itself is evidence-based frequency work — hitting each muscle roughly twice a week, hard but sustainable — rather than the destroy-yourself style most gyms push.
- Do I need gym access?
- Yes — you'll need access to a gym, but it doesn't need to be a specific one. Any gym works.
- What if I miss a week or need to pause?
- Life happens — a missed week here and there isn't a problem, we just pick back up. If you need a longer break, we can pause properly: agree a tentative restart date, sort billing cleanly (no charges while you're paused), and the door stays open whenever you're ready to come back.
- Can I upgrade my plan mid-program?
- Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any point within your 12 weeks.
