Refund Policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

When DPI Performance Collective coaching payments are refundable, and what happens if you pause or stop early.

The free consultation

The 30-minute consultation call is free, so there is nothing to pay or refund.

Your consumer rights come first

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services must be provided with due care and skill, be fit for their purpose and be delivered within a reasonable time. If there is a major problem with the service, you are entitled to a remedy, which can include a refund.

When a payment is refundable

Foundation is paid in full up front for the 12 weeks. Hybrid and Premium are paid in 3 monthly payments, each covering a month of the program. A payment is not refundable once the coaching period it covers has started (the 12 weeks for Foundation, the month for Hybrid and Premium), except in these cases:

  • a refund is required by law;
  • we cancel the program, or we cannot deliver it;
  • the genuine circumstances described under “If you stop early” below apply; or
  • we agree otherwise with you, in writing.

If we cancel or cannot deliver

If we cancel, or we materially fail to deliver the program, you will receive a refund or credit for the part that was not delivered.

If you stop early

The 12 weeks is a commitment by both of us, because your coaching time and support are set aside for the full program. If you stop before the end, you remain responsible for the monthly payments that fall due within the 12 weeks (Hybrid and Premium). Foundation is paid up front, so there are no later payments.

We will consider waiving the remaining payments (Hybrid and Premium), or refunding or crediting the unused part of the Foundation payment, if you cannot continue for a genuine reason, such as a medical reason supported by a practitioner’s note, relocation, or serious financial hardship, and we will always act reasonably. Changing your mind, or no longer wanting to continue, is not on its own a genuine reason.

Pausing

You can pause for genuine reasons (illness, injury, travel, holidays) for up to 4 weeks in total during the program, with at least 7 days’ notice where practical. A pause moves your end date back by the length of the pause. Your payment dates stay the same unless we agree in writing to move one. There is no coaching support during a pause.

Changing plan

For Hybrid and Premium, you can ask to change plan at a payment date with at least 14 days’ written notice. If we agree, the new price applies from the next payment, and payments already made are not refunded. Moving to or from Foundation, which is paid up front, is arranged individually: we work out a fair credit or charge for the unused part of what you have already paid and agree it with you in writing.

Disputes about a payment

You can dispute any payment through your bank at any time. Please contact us first, so we can fix a mistake quickly.

How to ask for a refund

Email dpifitness1@gmail.com with your name, your start date and what happened. We will reply, tell you what we can do, and, if a refund is due, pay it to the bank account you nominate.
